Spicy Sausage Skewers
- 2 packages Aidells Spicy Mango & Jalapeño Sausage (slice into 3/4 in slices)
- 2 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch sqaures
- 2 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 package baby portabello mushrooms, cut in half
- ounce metal or bamboo skewers
- Heat grill to Medium-High heat. Put ingredients on skewers in alternating order (eg. bell pepper, sausage slice, onion, sausage, pineapple, sausage, mushroom, sausage etc.). After all ingredients are used up, place skewers directly onto grill. Cook until veggies are tender with slightly crispy edges. Serve with a melon salad and enjoy.
