Spicy Mango Sausage Pot Luck

3 Aidells Spicy Mango Sausage with Jalapenos (sliced)
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 brown or wild rice (package, already cooked)


  1. Stir fry slice sausage over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sliced zucchini and saute until zucchini is crisp tender. Add the pre-cooked brown rice. When completely heated, it's ready to eat. Serve with a salad. Per my calculations, this entree has only about 310 calories.
