Chicken & Apple Sausage with Sweet Potato

2 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (quartered)
1/2 cup frozen spinach (coarsely chopped)
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter (diced)


  1. Slice sausage.

  2. Wash and quarter sweet potatoes. Add to baking pan.

  3. Chop frozen spinach into tiny pieces and mix into the pan.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

  5. Cover pan with foil and bake ~45 minutes at ~375 degrees.
