Rich and savory, this smoked sausage is filled with melt-in-your mouth goodness: whole roasted garlic cloves from Christopher Ranch in Gilroy, California and real chunks of Gruyere and Swiss cheese. Try it mixed with linguini, a dash of red pepper flakes and a big handful of arugula.

STOVE TOP: Add smoked sausages and 1 cup of water to a large sauté pan. Heat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until hot turning occasionally. Drain water; brown 2 minutes.
GRILL: Grill smoked sausages covered on greased grill over med-low heat 8-10 minutes, or until hot, turning frequently for even browning.
