Dinner Sausage
Earthy and robust, this savory sausage features sage, sweet caramelized onions, and real chunks of three different mushroom varieties: portobello, champignon and porcini. Great on a bun with sautéed onions and gorgonzola or tossed with penne and a creamy dijon sauce.

How to Cook

STOVE TOP: Add links and 1 cup of water to a large sauté pan.   Heat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until hot turning occasionally.  Drain water; brown 2 minutes.

GRILL: Grill links covered on greased grill over med-low heat 8-10 minutes, or until hot, turning frequently for even browning.
