Chunks of juicy, sweet mango give this smoked chicken sausage a lush tropical flavor. Delicious pan fried and served with French toast and syrup or brushed with mango chutney and grilled on skewers with pineapple and red pepper.

CHICKEN, DRIED MANGOES (MANGO, CANE SUGAR) SALT, FRUIT JUICE CONCENTRATE (APPLE, PINEAPPLE, PEAR, AND PEACH), SPICES AND CELERY POWDER, IN A PORK CASING.
STOVE TOP: Add smoked sausages and 1 cup of water to a large sauté pan. Heat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until hot turning occasionally. Drain water; brown 2 minutes.
GRILL: Grill smoked sausages covered on greased grill over med-low heat 8-10 minutes, or until hot, turning frequently for even browning.
