1/2 poundripe tomatoes (peeled, seeded and chopped)
4 Aidells sun-dried tomato sausage links (sliced)
1 pounddried fusilli spiral pasta (cooked according to the package directions)
1 tablespoonparsley (finely chopped)
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic and pepper flakes and sauté until the garlic begins to color, about 1-2 minutes. Add the tomatoes. Cook about 5-8 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened and reduced. Add the sausage and cook another 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss sauce with the cooked pasta and parsley and serve.
