Honey Mustard Glazed Minis


  • 1/4 cup spicy mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 package Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage Minis

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, garlic and thyme and set aside. Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Sauté the sausages until beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes, Brush the sausage generously with the glaze all over and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until warmed through. Brush the sausage again before removing from the pan. Serve with some good crusty bread.
