Buffalo Style Meatball Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Aidells Buffalo-Style Meatballs
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Thread the meatballs and pepper pieces on skewers.
  2. Broil on medium heat 7-10 minutes, brushing with barbecue sauce until the meatballs are heated through.
