This sausage is filled with tomatoes picked at their flavorful peak and dried naturally in the sun, along with creamy Mozzarella cheese, sweet basil and garlic. Fold it into an omelet with asparagus or toss it with penne, roasted eggplant, fresh peas and a splash of olive oil.

How to Cook

STOVE TOP: Add links and 1 cup of water to a large sauté pan.   Heat over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until hot turning occasionally.  Drain water; brown 2 minutes.

GRILL: Grill links covered on greased grill over med-low heat 8-10 minutes, or until hot, turning frequently for even browning.
