We make all of our products in small batches, an old-fashioned method that allows us to mix our ingredients carefully to maintain their integrity.

That’s why you can actually see—and taste—nuggets of real apple or slices of sun-dried tomato when you take a bite of our sausage. And you’ll never find anything you can’t recognize in our sausage because we never use any fillers or binders—ever.

Our sausages are stuffed by hand and slow-smoked for hours over hardwood chips. This traditional process is essential to making our sausage exceptionally tasty, and it gives our all-natural casings that “snap” we love.
