Tips from
1. Give it a good onceover: Find your grill’s instruction manual—you can usually download it for free from the manufacturer's website—and inspect all the critical points as recommended.
2. Clear out the fire box: The fire box is what collects all the grease splatters and drips during cooking. Check your owner's manual to find out what products are recommended for cleaning. Don't forget the inside of the hood!
3. Get the crud out: Chances are gunk has built up in the tubes or duct work. Clean those out so you're operating safely and optimally.
4. Clean the grates: Use an appropriate cleaning tool to remove excess build-up and season the metal with a high-temp vegetable oil like canola, peanut or safflower.

What do you do when you're not turning people on to Aidells?

Since I'm semi-retired, you'd think I'd have a lot of free time on my hands, but I have two German Short Hair Pointers that require a lot of running. Recently, the baking bug has bitten me and I'm now spending a lot of time in the kitchen.

What flavor of Aidells Sausage is always in your kitchen?

You'll find Portobello Mushroom, Artichoke & Garlic, Roasted Garlic & Gruyere or Pineapple & Bacon in my refrigerator at all times.

What is the typical response from people who try Aidells for the first time?

"These are all really good—now I can't decide which flavor to buy!"

What do you love about introducing people to Aidells?

I love helping people think of interesting ways to serve Aidells, like taking a favorite recipe and substituting Aidells for the meat in the dish. Aidells is just an amazing product! Fresh, full of flavor, and good from a health standpoint.
