Teriyaki Pineapple Meatballs
Kids—and their parents—adore these slightly sweet meatballs crafted from juicy chicken and infused with Asian flavor: ginger, soy and bits of real pineapple. Add them to a veggie stir fry or skewer them with pineapple and bell peppers for a quick weeknight dinner on the grill.
Our meatballs are fully cooked. Heat on the stovetop or in the oven (375°) for 8-12 minutes, or microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
