Ah, Autumn!
Crisp cool breezes, leaves falling from the trees, apple cider simmering on the stove, and warm nights curled up by an enviting fire. At Aidells, we think Autumn is a perfect sausage season (but really, what season isn’t perfect for Aidells…). We slice up Aidells award winning links and toss them into pastas, soups and stews. We simmer links with wine or beer and onions and cabbage and serve them whole. We fry breakfast links up and slide them onto our plates with pancakes, eggs and waffles. Yep, you can’t beat Aidells in Autumn and this month, we celebrate our most popular link – Chicken & Apple. Chicken & Apple
In our best selling link, we blend tender chicken with sweet juicy Golden Delicious apples and our own blend of four fruit juices. This slighty sweet sausage is great on a bun, in noodle soups and at breakfast. Our famous Chicken & Apple Sausage comes in Dinner Links, Breakfast Links and our Holiday Party Favorite – Minis…Order Some Today!

Chicken & Apple Sausage Pizza
This is not your typical pizzeria pie. In this recipe, sweet, savory and rich flavors are combined to create a gourmet treat. Slowly caramelizing the onions brings out their sweetness. The blue cheese adds a nice bite but if you prefer a milder cheese, try goat cheese or ricotta instead.
