Cuban with Black Bean Sausage
Capturing the flavors of Little Havana, our Cuban with Black Bean will. We combine black beans, sautéed onions, peppers and garlic, cumin and a hint of orange into a link that has a subtle burn and exotic undertones. Add it to back bean salads and soups, sauté or grill with red, yellow and green bell peppers and onions and wrap in warm tortillas or use in rice dishes with a hint of saffron

Grilling Basics
Whether you decide to grill with gas or charcoal, cooking outdoors can be a daunting task, even for the experienced “indoor” cook. Picture an image of food cooking over an open fire, flavorful smoke wafting through the air, cook standing poised with cold beverage in hand, exchanging witty banter with their dinner guests. This image is quickly replaced with a chaotic scene with food consumed by flames, black smoke rising from the grill, a panicked cook, frantically trying to calm the flames with a spray bottle of water while guests consider escaping to the pizza joint down the street. This sad scene will only transpire if the cook is unprepared. A little advanced planning and careful preparation will ensure that all of your barbecues are hits
