Baseball season has begun!
So has the outdoor-concert-al-fresco-play-symphony-under-the-stars-soccer-tournament-on-weekends season. What does this mean to us? Tailgating! Yep, another excuse to pack up a cooler with tasty dishes made with Aidells Sausages and head to your favorite outdoor stadium, ball park, theater or open space with lots of grass to cook, eat and have a good time. As a true Aidells fan, you know that our sausages are perfect for tailgating. Heck, by now we bet you’re an old hand at grilling up some of our links, slapping them on a bun and chowing down before the game. But have you ever considered adding a little Aidells Sausage to a burger? Check out our burger recipe this month for an exciting new way to use Aidells. Need more inspiration? Check out our recipe page for great grilling and tailgating recipes. Oh yeah, and GO TEAM!

Habanero & Green Chile Sausage
Our Habanero & Green Chile Sausage won't burn out your taste buds, but it will definitely get your attention. This lightly-smoked sausage combines flavorful turkey and chicken with fire roasted green chiles, nose-tingling habanero and jalapeño chilies, fresh cilantro and a nip of tequila. It begs to be wrapped in a soft tortilla, chopped into a frittata or sprinkled over crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes and grated cheese for a delicious taco. To order some for your next fiesta, visit our store at www.aidells.com/shop.

Pre-Game Festivities
In ballparks all across America, pre-game festivities have become almost as important as the baseball game itself. Claiming a few parking spaces or a patch of grass near the field, setting up the hibachi, or in some cases, a full-size monster grill and cooking for a crowd has become an art form. What was once a way to offer variety or supplement ball park food (and possibly save a few bucks) is now an event on its own.
