Welcome Sausage Lover!
Laissez les Bons Temps Roulés! (Let the Good Times Roll!)

Spring in Louisiana’s bayou country means it’s time for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival where folks who love great food, hot jazz and good times gather to celebrate Creole and Cajun life and culture. Food and music lovers from all over the world come to Southern Louisiana to eat, drink, and dance at the annual festival and we at Aidells Sausage always try to attend to taste the best of Louisiana cooking and to get a little partying in while we’re there (hey, it’s rough work, but somebody has to do it)
