Welcome
Sausage Lover!
Laissez
les Bons Temps Roulés! (Let the Good Times Roll!)

Spring in Louisianas bayou country means its time for the
New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival where folks who love great food,
hot jazz and good times gather to celebrate Creole and Cajun life and
culture. Food and music lovers from all over the world come to Southern
Louisiana to eat, drink, and dance at the annual festival and we at Aidells
Sausage always try to attend to taste the best of Louisiana cooking and
to get a little partying in while were there (hey, its rough
work, but somebody has to do it)

Andouille:
A Spicy Cajun Specialty
This spicy, smoky sausage is a Louisiana favorite and adds a characteristic
tangy flavor to Cajun and Creole dishes. Like many New Orleans foods,
Andouille gets its character from the citys French and Spanish heritage
