We get a mess of
e-mails weekly from Aidells Sausage fans all over the country
Along with general praises (thanks very much), and some great questions (yes, Aidells retail sausages are fully cooked), our fans often tell us how they prepare our delicious sausage for family and friends. What quick meal idea tops their list? Pasta! And that’s just fine with use. We think our sausage is great with pasta. Whatever noodle you have on hand, Aidells has a sausage to toss with it. Think beyond our Italian inspired flavors. Our Mango Sausage is fabulous tossed with rice noodles, fresh snow peas and a little sweet and sour sauce. Looking for inspiration? Check out recipe page for more ideas. Have a question, comment or feedback for us? Drop us a line at info@aidells.com or give us a call at 1-877-AIDELLS. We’d love to hear from you!

Artichoke & Garlic Sausage
The smooth, subtle flavor of artichoke hearts balances perfectly with the aggressive taste of garlic in our Artichoke & Garlic Sausage. Rich, robust and flavorful, this sausage is one of our most versatile. Shop Now!For the simplest of meals, grill or sauté and serve on a bed of rice with a bit of lemon. But don’t stop there. Our Artichoke & Garlic Sausage works beautifully when added to pasta, pizza or eggs. Order some today at www.aidells.com/shop.

Pasta
The world loves the noodle. Visit just about any country and you will find a great pasta dish to slurp, nibble or chomp. In Italy, they are so enamored with pasta; they have a museum dedicated to the stuff in Pontedassio, Italy - the Museo Storico Degli Spaghetti. Who can claim rights to the first noodle?

This quick pasta recipe is a complete meal in a bowl. If you don’t have rotelli on hand, any short pasta will work. Try penne or radiatore instead. No Aidells Artichoke & Garlic Sausage on hand? Try this recipe with our Sun-Dried Tomato or Portobello Mushroom Sausages.
